Processing time
All Eloseams products are made to order. Orders typically require 4-5 business days for production before shipment.
During launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take longer.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer's address, product type, and order size.
Any free shipping or shipping promotions will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.
Estimated delivery times
After production, estimated shipping times are generally:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- International orders (if offered): delivery times vary by destination

Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after label creation.
Incorrect addresses
If a customer enters an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Eloseams is not responsible for delays or delivery failure.
